Construction Leading Hands and Site Supervisors

Our client is a recognised contractor delivering civil construction and infrastructure projects across the resources sector. With a robust commitment to safety and quality, they are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support project delivery at Moranbah North.

What You Will Be Doing

n

Supervising and supporting civil construction crews

n

Coordinating daily activities to meet project requirements

n

Assisting with earthworks, trenching and infrastructure works

n

Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

n

Monitoring compliance with site safety procedures

n

Liaising with supervisors and site personnel

n

Supporting project schedules and productivity targets

n

What You Will Need

n





Minimum 4 years' experience in a Leading Hand or similar civil construction role

n

Demonstrated civil construction experience

n

Strong leadership and communication skills

n

Commitment to workplace health and safety

n

Current Driver's Licence

n

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

n

Highly Regarded:

n

Pipelaying experience

n

Willingness to undertake pipelaying duties

n

Experience working on civil construction, mining or railway construction projects

n
