The Role

- Deliver exceptional, personalised massage and body treatments with precision and professionalism

- Create meaningful connections with members and guests through attentive, intuitive service

- Contribute ideas to continually elevate the member experience and treatment offering

Role Requirements

n

n
- Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent qualification)
n
- Dual qualification in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy highly regarded
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience, ideally within a luxury spa, wellness,



or premium hospitality environment
n
- Strong treatment knowledge and a willingness to continue learning and evolving your skill set
n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, professional presence
n
- A genuine passion for wellness, healing, and creating transformative experiences
n
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
n

What you Bring

- Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent (beauty/massage dual qualification a bonus)
n
- 2+ years' experience, ideally in a luxury spa or wellness environment
n
- A wide skill set and willingness to learn recent techniques
n
- A natural warmth, professionalism, and love for making people feel amazing
n
- Curiosity, care, and a team-first attitude
