We are seeking a Fleet Allocatorto join our Home Delivery Transport Team.

Working fromourBerrinba site, you will need to:

- Facilitate communication with our fleet and the customer
n
- Manage the day to day operational requirements of our fleet
n
- Organise routes for the fleet
n
- Flex the fleet up / down in response to customer volumes
n
- Manage safety and compliance
n
- Work to key performance indicators
n

The applicant needs to be able to think outside the box to get the job done right and to be successful in this role it is essentialthat the applicant:

- Has own transport
n
- A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to work in a team and liaise with a diverse workforce
n
- Good IT skills - ability to adapt to new technology
n
- Current knowledge of Chain of Responsibility legislation, including fatigue management
n
- The ability to effectively plan and organise driver runs
n
- Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail
n

On the job training will be provided for the operating systems that are used.
