We are partnering with a global renewable energy business delivering a major wind farm project in South Australia and are looking for an experienced Environmental Qualified to join the construction team.
This is a site-based role focused on environmental compliance, contractor engagement and ensuring project obligations are met throughout construction.
The Role
- Monitor compliance with environmental approvals, permits and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
- Maintain compliance registers and track environmental obligations
- Investigate environmental incidents and manage corrective actions
- Prepare compliance reports and verification evidence for the client
- Work closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
- Support delivery of project environmental,
quality and WHS requirements
About You
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar
- Experience on major infrastructure, mining or renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and approvals
- Experience implementing Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs)
- Confident conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
Highly Regarded
- Wind farm or renewable energy project experience
- Lead Auditor qualification
