Our client is looking for an organised and proactive EPMO Control Officer to provide project coordination, reporting, governance and administrative support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and asset-related projects.

This role is ideal for a Project Administrator, EPMO Support Professional, Project Coordinator or Governance Officer who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the successful delivery of critical projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery through accurate data management, governance coordination, reporting, financial monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate project and asset information within project management and business systems.
- Support financial monitoring, cost tracking and reporting activities.
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute project reports, dashboards and performance information.
- Ensure quality reviews and document control requirements are completed within required timeframes.
- Provide secretariat support including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
- Assist with governance, compliance and project administration activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate training activities and maintain training records.
- Support project teams with scheduling, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and effective project controls.

About You Essential Experience & Skills

- Experience maintaining accurate records and monitoring financial or project-related data.
- Experience using project management systems, asset management systems or similar business systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organisational,



administration and time management skills.
- Experience coordinating reports and ensuring quality reviews are completed within tight deadlines.
- Experience facilitating or coordinating training activities.
- Experience providing governance, executive, committee or secretariat support.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Desirable

- Experience working within an EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) environment.
- Experience using Power BI, MS Project or similar project reporting and scheduling tools.
- Experience within utilities, construction, infrastructure, engineering or asset-intensive organisations.
- Knowledge of project governance, EPMO, project controls or asset management processes.
