We are looking to expand our team and bring on someone that wants to learn our craft THE RIGHT WAY. Which means you are willing to come under our banner and be taught how we do it in the field.

The aim of this program is to teach, support and mentor you, so that you get experienced enough to apply for your own QBCC Licence in the next 2-3 years. so you can legally do jobs over the value of $3300. It is unlawful in Qld to do any epoxy work over the value of $3300 without a QBCC licence in Floor Finishing and Covering (Hard Sector).

After approximately 18 months, you should be ready to begin the process of applying to get your Cert 3 flooring qualification if you so choose and once you gain this you are ready to begin the QBCC licence application process.

We envisage that once you have worked for us for 2-3 years and gained your licence, that you'll want to go out and start your own business. You may choose to remain with Epoxy Flooring Co (we'd love that!) but we also want to provide people a pathway to establish a new career and do it correctly, to give you the best chance of success. We want our industry with properly trained, experienced and licensed applicators working in it.

We want new people to help us with applying epoxy coatings, starting asap. We mainly work undercover in areas like patios & garages, so you won't get baked by the sun or drenched with rain.

We have the exclusive rights for to use the only Australian-made rapid cure epoxy coating system and this gives us a huge advantage in the market. We get plenty of work and every day is different and interesting. Our systems are designed to be installed in one day, so each day when you finish you get that rewarding feeling of looking at a completed project.

Epoxy Flooring Co is looking to expand and we want to engage epoxy flooring installers on GC and in Brisbane. We are the largest installer of Same Day Industrial (SDI)



Epoxy Systems in Australia and we have a proven marketing system and excellent training, so you can be confident of consistent workflow.

You will ideally be fit and healthy because some physical work is involved. Males and females are both very welcome to apply.

We will provide you full training onsite and in a classroom, so no prior epoxy experience is necessary.

Hours are generally 7am-3pm Monday to Friday but we do work the occasional Saturday. Due to the nature of our business you will quite often have a 1.5 hour lunch break.

Once you have completed your unpaid training period you will need to invest in equipment, vehicle signage, some start up stock etc.

No experience is required but you must be a hard worker and be very good working with your hands, using power tools, paint brushes etc. Good attention to detail is compulsory. This job is all about preparation work so if you don't like spending 90% of your time doing preparation activities then you won't like the job.

Having a trade qualification would be preferable but not essential.

Must have perfect English and you need a current, valid driver’s licence & White Card.

This work will cover all of Brisbane or Gold & Sunshine Coast so it will involve driving regularly.
