Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to complete quotes as per take offs as required in order to produce accurate quotes. This includes completion of the following tasks:

- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Analyse plans and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimate
- Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
- Processing of orders and scheduling once a quote is converted to an order

You agree to follow all policies and processes as requested by your manager. This includes following instruction in using various software, tracking and reporting tools in a consistent manner. For example,



ESP is a crucial tool to use in tracking our sales and fabrication timelines. It must be used as directed in every instance. Following agreed policies and processes is a key part of your employment and ensures consistent and methodical outcomes.

Experience Required:

- CAD experience preferred
- V6 or other software for quote completion
- Manufacturing experience would be preferred
- exposure to various extrusion types

Window industry experience a must. You will be working with a very experienced team and have exposure to work with architectural plans and designs.

We are looking for long-term commitment and will train and support the right candidate to be successful in this role.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
