Role Description

We are seeking a full time Estimator for our High-End Residential Windows & Doors to join our growing Aluminium team. We specialise in premium aluminium and timber window and door solutions across commercial facades, remedial projects, and high-end architectural homes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of the Australian window industry who enjoys working with complex projects and detailed architectural documentation.

You will be part of a highly experienced team delivering award-winning projects throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural and engineering drawings to prepare accurate material and labour take-offs.
- Produce detailed quotations for high-end residential projects.
- Interpret and apply the requirements of AS1288, relevant Australian Standards, NCC, and project specifications.




- Liaise with builders, architects, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Use estimating software V6.
- Prepare cost estimates for management planning, scheduling, and procurement purposes.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, project management, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience estimating within the Australian window and door industry.
- Strong understanding of AS1288, Australian Standards, and the National Construction Code (NCC).
- Experience with high-end residential construction.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience using V6.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens or hold Australian permanent residency with unrestricted working rights.

Desirable

- CAD experience.
- Manufacturing or fabrication background.
- Knowledge of aluminum extrusion systems and architectural glazing products.
- Experience with AWS framing systems, or bespoke window and door solutions.
