Key Responsibilities

- Lead test planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Develop Test Plans and Test Summary Reports.
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Manage defects, risks, issues, and test reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide clear and effective communication to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Conduct & coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT testing activities.
- Ensure requirements traceability and adequate test coverage.
- Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and providing quality governance and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Test Planning & Estimation
- Test Case Design & Execution
- Defect Management
- Test Reporting & Metrics
- Risk & Issue Management




- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery.
- Robust working knowledge of:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Zephyr
- Postman
- Experience in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Migration, Data Reconciliation, and Source-to-Target Validation.
- Strong SQL and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Superannuation, or Investment Platforms.
- Exposure to cloud and modern data platforms.
- Experience in PowerBI
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
