RAD architecture is seeking an experienced architectural graduate or architect to join our West Leederville studio.

What you’ll bring We welcome experienced architectural graduates and architects with a considered approach to design and an interest in developing their capabilities within a collaborative studio. Your experience may include concept design and development approvals, technical resolution and documentation, or a combination of these areas.

We value the ability to contribute ideas, respond thoughtfully to feedback and translate design intent into well-resolved architectural outcomes.

Candidates should demonstrate





- A qualification in architecture and relevant qualified practice experience.
- Design and/or technical documentation skills, supported by a portfolio that clearly communicates your contribution.
- Experience using Revit for architectural design and documentation.
- Attention to detail and an interest in materiality, detailing and construction.
- Clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and consultants.
- Initiative, an organised approach and the capacity to work independently with appropriate guidance.

Experience in multi-residential, mixed-use or other complex building projects will be highly regarded. Exposure to consultant coordination and the preparation of development approval or construction documentation would also be valuable. The role will build on your existing experience, with opportunities to develop greater project responsibility as your capabilities grow.
