About the role:

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in strata building including restrooms, common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.

This role combines driving duties with cleaning tasks. This role involves following a set schedule, regularly updating your supervisor on your progress. The position requires work Sunday to Friday in the afternoon and morning shifts for Saturday.

Requirements:

- A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- A valid White card
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Australia.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to report progress and respond to requests.

Responsibilities:

- Perform office cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping,



dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize toilets.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish.
- Maintain cleanliness the environment.
- Respond to both scheduled and ad-hoc cleaning requests.

Requirements for the Role:

- Reliability: Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
