We are looking for a highly skilled, qualified and experienced barista to join our team full-time.

We need someone who is passionate about coffee, understands the latest café drink trends and can confidently prepare a wide variety of hot and cold beverages to an exceptional standard.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a professional barista in a busy café environment.
- Expert knowledge of espresso, coffee extraction, milk texturing and latte art.
- Must be proficient in preparing ALL types of café beverages, including:
- Specialty hot and iced coffees.
- Matcha and iced matcha varieties.
- Cold foam and flavoured cold foam drinks.
- Cloud coffees and cloud-style beverages.
- Specialty sodas, sparkling refreshers and creative cold drinks.
- Trending café beverages and customised drink recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.




- Strong understanding of drink presentation, consistency and quality.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage the coffee station.

What we’re looking for:

We are NOT looking for someone who only knows how to make basic coffees. We want a skilled, creative and knowledgeable barista who understands modern café trends and can help us deliver an outstanding beverage menu.

Position: Full time only

Location: Melbourne CBD
