Lottie Brows is looking for an experienced Brow and Lash Artist to join our beautiful shared beauty and wellness space, ZOCCOLA!, in Collingwood.

We’re known for natural, thoughtfully tailored results and creating an experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for and genuinely listened to. We’re looking for someone who shares those values and is already confident performing brow and lash treatments independently.

This role would suit an experienced beauty therapist or brow artist looking for regular casual work in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be performing services including:

- Brow shaping and waxing
- Brow mapping
- Brow tinting and colour customisation
- Brow sculpting
- Brow lamination
- Lash lifts and lash tinting
- Facial waxing, including lip and chin waxing

Experience with Korean-style lash lifts is highly regarded but not essential if you already have strong lash lift experience and are open to learning our preferred method. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Providing warm, attentive and personalised client care
- Completing consultations and checking the client is happy with the proposed brow shape before beginning
- Offering clear aftercare advice
- Rebooking and checking clients out
- Maintaining clean, organised treatment and shared areas
- Taking client notes and using our Timely booking system
- Helping create treatment photos or social media content when required

ABOUT YOU We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous professional experience performing brow and lash treatments
- Can work confidently and independently without extensive foundational training
- Have strong brow mapping, waxing and tinting skills
- Are confident assessing different hair types, skin types, face shapes and client preferences
- Have lash lift experience and understand how to achieve soft, natural results
- Are warm, reliable and genuinely enjoy connecting with clients
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can manage your appointment time without making clients feel rushed

- Take pride in cleanliness, presentation and maintaining professional standards

Qualifications in beauty therapy are preferred. Relevant treatment certificates and hands-on industry experience will also be considered.

AVAILABILITY We’re currently looking for someone available MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS, and eventually SATURDAYS with the possibility of additional hours as the role and client base grow.

Must be happy to work evenings (finishing at 7:30pm)

Saturday availability would be highly regarded.
