The Role

What you’ll be doing:

- Craft and serve cocktails with precision and personality — from a classic Negroni to our signature house serves.
- Deliver polished, attentive table service with a relaxed, confident touch.
- Guide guests through our wine list — you know your varietals and enjoy helping people find their new favourite drop.
- Support the bar and kitchen team with food prep, stock rotation and maintaining clean, efficient workstations.
- Bring genuine hospitality — warm greetings, great conversation and an instinct for when to engage or when to give guests space.
- Handle busy nights with calm energy and a smile — you thrive when the room is buzzing.
- Work closely with the team to keep service flowing and standards consistently high.
- Contribute ideas, playlists and a sense of fun — we’re big on culture and creativity.

The Candidate

What we’re looking for:





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant or similar hospitality workplace.
- Strong floor/waiter skills and confidence looking after tables.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence with both classic and contemporary drinks.
- Good wine knowledge — comfortable talking about varietals, styles and making recommendations.
- Comfortable assisting with basic food preparation and plating.
- A team player with great communication and time-management skills.
- Someone who loves people, good tunes and creating a great atmosphere.
- Reliable, organised and happy to jump between floor, bar and food preparation as needed.
