WE’RE GROWING

We are looking for a Diploma Qualified Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves skin, enjoys building relationships with clients and wants to work in a clinic where education, results and continued learning are a huge part of what we do.

Advanced skin is a strong focus within our clinic, however we also offer a range of beauty services including brows, lash lifts, waxing, spray tanning and massage, so we are looking for someone who is confident working across both skin and beauty.

This role would particularly suit an experienced therapist who is confident with advanced skin treatments and consultations, but who also wants the opportunity to continue growing their skills.

EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT TO US, PARTICULARLY IN:

- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- IPL skin rejuvenation and/or hair reduction
- Skin needling
- Advanced facials and corrective skin treatments
- Professional skincare and homecare recommendations
- Working with concerns such as acne, pigmentation, ageing, redness and reactive skin

Previous experience across general beauty services is also significant. You don’t need to have worked with every advanced treatment or device we offer. Extensive training will be provided within our advanced skin treatments and technologies, and we are big believers in continually investing in education and developing our therapists.

BONUS SKILLS

Not essential, but definitely welcomed:

- Experience with salon administration and day-to-day clinic operations




- Confidence with social media and content creation
- Comfortable appearing in or contributing to social media content
- An interest in client communication, promotions and helping with the overall growth of the clinic

THE ROLE This position will initially commence as casual, with the opportunity for hours to increase and potentially progress into permanent part-time or full-time for the right person.

We are looking for someone who wants more than simply coming in, completing treatments and going home.
