We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our childcare centre in Artarmon.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the room team
- Plan and deliver engaging programs based on the EYLF
- Support children’s learning and development
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive workplace
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Room Leader
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Completed GEECKO child-safety training
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
