Experienced Estimator & Site Supervisor – Construction

About the Company

We are an established construction services company specialising in floor preparation, concrete repairs and patching, waterproofing and associated remedial works across the Greater Sydney area.

We currently have a team of approximately 10 people and are actively undertaking projects across Sydney. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Estimator & Site Supervisor to join our team on a long-term basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong construction experience who can confidently manage both the estimating and site supervision side of our projects.

The role will involve a combination of working from home and attending sites across Greater Sydney.

Key responsibilities will include

- Attending sites across Greater Sydney to inspect and assess works
- Measuring and preparing detailed project estimates and quotations
- Reviewing drawings, scopes and site conditions
- Pricing labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements
- Coordinating and supervising trades and site activities
- Monitoring project progress, quality and workmanship
- Identifying variations and additional works
- Communicating with clients, builders and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
- Following projects from initial inspection and quotation through to completion

About You We are looking for someone who has proven experience in construction estimating and site supervision and understands how projects are delivered in the field.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a construction estimator,



site supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and site practices
- Experience with concrete repairs, floor preparation, waterproofing or remedial construction is highly regarded
- Ability to accurately measure, scope and price works
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card
- Ability and willingness to travel to sites throughout Greater Sydney
