About the Role

We are looking for an OHT to join our team on:

- Monday, Thursday and Friday
- Minimum 1 year of OHT experience
- Deliver examinations, hygiene and periodontal therapy, preventive treatment, oral health education and ongoing maintenance
- Provide children's oral health care across a broad patient base
- Work closely with the principal dentist and clinical team to provide coordinated patient care
- Communicate relevant clinical findings and assist with ongoing treatment planning
- Develop lasting relationships with patients and support their ongoing oral health
- An interest in orthodontics is highly regarded, as we see a large number of patients for both braces and explicit aligner treatment
- Work within a fully digital, high-tech environment with modern diagnostic and clinical technology
- Opportunity to take on additional days and responsibilities as you develop within the practice

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Oral Health Therapist
- Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to quality preventive and periodontal care
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Warm, approachable and patient-centred manner
- Reliable, punctual and committed to high clinical standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Interest in orthodontics, both braces and clear aligners is highly regarded
- A genuine willingness to learn and take the next step in your professional development
