We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Senior Warehouse Operator to join a well-established spare parts company based in Truganina.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience, a solid work ethic and the ability to take ownership within a busy team environment. For the right candidate, there is genuine scope to progress into a leadership or supervisory position over time.
The role will involve a variety of warehouse duties, including:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Forklift operation
- Pick packing and order preparation
- RF scanning and stock movements
- Receiving and dispatch
- General warehouse duties
- Supporting the wider warehouse team
- Assisting with day-to-day workflow and eventually taking on greater responsibility
We are looking for someone who has:
- A current forklift licence
- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience
- Solid experience across general warehouse operations
- Previous leadership, senior operator or team-leading experience highly regarded
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The confidence to take initiative and help support other team members
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
This position would suit an experienced warehouse operator who is looking for more than just another warehouse role and wants the opportunity to grow with the business and progress into a leadership position in the future.
Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
