Community Support Workers – Complex Support (EOI)Western Sydney | Casual / ongoing hours | Preferably female

We’re recruiting reliable, hands-on Community Support Workers for a customer who needs active, structured support at home and in the community. This is not a “sit-in” role. You need to engage, prompt, follow the plan, and document properly.

The work

- Community access and planned outings
- Meaningful activity and daily routines
- Prompting, redirection and active support
- Full personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, continence care and grooming
- Meal support and monitoring food/fluid intake
- Follow the Behaviour Support Plan and approved strategies
- Respond calmly to behaviours of concern
- Report changes in presentation or wellbeing
- Progress notes, ABC charts and incident reports when required

Please note: CCTV operates in the home for safety and incident review. Cameras are not in bathrooms or personal-care areas.

Essential
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid Australian driver licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Experience supporting people with complex disability and behavioural support needs
- Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

Desirable
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or Community Services
- Experience implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- Medication assistance competency
- Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi or Nepali, or experience supporting Pakistani / Nepalese families

Pay: $26.44 – $52.71 per hour
