Job Description

Honour Early Learning – Fortitude Valley QLD is seeking a Safety Partner on parental leave cover with the potential to become permanent. The role focuses on safety and wellbeing across centres, combining compliance oversight with proactive culture-building, incident investigations, and actionable risk mitigation.

You will lead investigations, maintain incident records, monitor regulatory compliance, and develop safety training to embed a safety-first culture across all sites.
