An experienced Project Manager with strong land development and civil constructionexpertisewho enjoys delivering complex projects, building trusted stakeholderrelationshipsand achieving exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do

n

As a permanent fulltimemember of our Project Management team within Sustainability and Delivery,you'lllead residential land development projects from planning through to completion.

n

Partnering closely with Development Managers and key stakeholders, you'll provide specialist project management expertise to deliver safe, high quality projects that create value for the business, customers and communities.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Lead land development and civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
n
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
n
- Develop delivery strategies across staged subdivision and mixed use developments.
n
- Manage procurement, consultant engagement and contractor performance.
n
- Oversee project budgets, cost plans and value creation opportunities.
n
- Provide technical project management support and delivery planning advice.
n




- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers and authorities.
n
- Implement innovative solutions to construction and delivery challenges.
n
- Communicate project priorities, risks and milestones with stakeholders.

Experience & Skills That Count

n

n
- Proven experience delivering land development, civil construction or infrastructure projects.
n
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract administration and construction delivery, including Australian Standard contracts.
n
- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen managing project budgets, programmes and cost plans.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
