Job Description

North Wollongong Hotel in Wollongong is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality staff, and maintain an energetic, secure venue environment. You will engage with locals, manage daily operations, and help deliver memorable guest experiences across bars, bistro, and events.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a current RSA/RCG/ARCG, and a proactive, people-focused approach to team culture and service excellence.
