As Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in bringing that vision to life, partnering with the Director of Engineering to ensure our hotel, grounds, physical plant, and associated apartments are impeccably maintained, safe, secure, and always welcoming.

This is an opportunity to lead with purpose in a dynamic luxury environment, supporting the delivery of products and services that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our guests, residents, owners, and team members. You will help shape and implement strategies that protect the asset, elevate the guest experience, and support strong operational and financial performance.

You will also champion compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, while leading the emergency response function for facility-related matters. As part of a smaller team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, with the confidence to step in, solve problems, and lead by example.

We’re looking for someone with a trade or engineering background, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Just as important is a genuine can-do attitude and a passion for creating spaces that feel as good as they function.

About You…

- Previous experience in a quality-led, luxury environment,



with hotel experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of facilities management and building and technical services operations
- Exposure to risk management strategies and resource planning
- Experience managing budget forecasts and expenditure across both operational and capital budgets
- Clear and concise communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
- Sound practical knowledge of relevant building codes, compliance requirements, and regulations
