Take ownership of a busy bar operation and become a key part of the venue's leadership team. You'll lead the bar team, manage day-to-day operations, maintain service standards, and drive the customer experience. Position Description

- Manage the day-to-day bar operation

- Lead, train and motivate the bar team
n
- Manage rosters, staffing and labour
n




- Oversee stock, ordering and beverage costs
n
- Maintain service, presentation and compliance standards
n
- Monitor sales and bar performance
n
- Develop beverage offerings, promotions and specials
n
- Work closely with senior management
n

Position Requirements

n

- Previous Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior supervisory experience
n
- Experience in a busy pub, club, hotel or similar venue
n
- Strong people management and communication skills
n
- Sound knowledge of cocktails and wines
n
- RSA and RCG
n
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
n
