You will be working across an exciting and dynamic portfolio of multi residential, workspace, residential, university, school, sports, public and community projects, bringing strong communication skills and design leadership. You will establish and build/grow ID capability in Brisbane/Queensland, shape the design direction of the Brisbane Interior Design team, work closely with design leaders in Melbourne, and be part of the team that is growing JCB into a National practice.

Key responsibilities

- Work across multi residential, workspace, residential, university, school, sports, public and community projects
- Establish and build/grow ID capability in Brisbane/Queensland
- Shape the design direction of Brisbane Interior Design team
- Work closely with design leaders in Melbourne
- Build and run a team

About you

- 15-20+ years' experience
- Demonstrated experience in BD/securing current work in QLD




- Experience in building/growing/running a team
- Experience and capability in working on multiple projects across Australia
- Strong communication skills and design leadership
