About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to lead our team. This hands-on role requires someone with a gaming background who can oversee daily operations, support staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example to ensure high standards of service across all areas of the venue
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and company policies
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and gaming procedures
- Address guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support rostering, stock control, and operational efficiency

About You:

- Previous managerial experience in hospitality and gaming




- RSA and (A)RCG
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and reliable
- Proficient in cash handling and operational procedures
- Able to work flexible, rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights required
