is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Chadstone, located in one of Melbourne’s leading fashion and lifestyle precincts. This is a practical, varied role where you’ll support our residential aged care homes and work closely with managers and employees across day-to-day HR, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and people projects. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture,



you’ll support a portfolio of aged care homes across the full employee lifecycle. The role includes recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, compliance activities, engagement initiatives, systems support, reporting and involvement in People & Culture projects. About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment or People & Culture Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems and processes Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice Experience in aged care, healthcare or another regulated industry, plus a current Driver’s Licence, will be highly regarded Our Values
