About You You will:

Hold a recognised

Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Diploma qualification/certification

or equivalent recognised by ACECQA

Have approximately

2 years’ experience working in early childhood education

Be passionate about providing high-quality care, education, and meaningful learning experiences for children

Create warm, nurturing, and inclusive environments where children feel safe, respected, and supported

Be a confident team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues

Bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to your everyday practice

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Have experience implementing the

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0

and supporting high-quality educational programs

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice

About the Role As part of Early Childhood Group, you will contribute to delivering high-quality early learning programs at

Little Greta , and sometimes when required at

Little Treasures Singleton and Bright Beginnings Maitland .

You will work alongside a passionate team of educators within a supportive multi-service network, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices across our centres. You will play an important role in supporting children’s wellbeing, development,



and school readiness while creating engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the

EYLF and National Quality Framework .
