Pandora on the Gold Coast is seeking an organised, pro-active Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the in-store team, and deliver world-class customer service.

You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage stock and procedures, schedule rosters, and ensure brand standards. Previous luxury/retail leadership is preferred; a passion for Pandora products and a hands-on approach are essential.
