Job Description Our clinic in Drummoyne is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am - 9:00pm. As well as the opportunity to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.

Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What We’re Looking For

Explicit verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Relevant reception experience.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
