FreshFood Services manufactures and markets well known coffee brands including Robert Timms, Bushells & Café Bar. We currently have a vacancy for a Admin officer in our warehouse at Concord. The role would ideally suit a candidate with previous warehouse experience who wishes to progress their career, and take on new responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include:

Liaise with work teams and warehouse activities Coordinate dispatches to customers Organise delivery and pick-ups with co-packers Organise sea and air freight shipments Assist with monthly cycle counting The successful applicant would need to possess the following

Attention to detail Have worked in a fast paced environment Forklift licence would be preferable but not essential Experience in using ERP systems Self motivated Ability to work within a team Ability to work within WH&S; guidelines Have a solid commitment to quality & customer focus This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Australian manufacturer.
