About the Opportunity Securecorp is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a full-time Security Officer to join one of our premier retail sites at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

Deliver exceptional security and customer service

Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises

Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support

Assess and address potential risks

Manage access control

Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria We’re looking for candidates who:

Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification

Have proven experience in the security industry

Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Rostered Hours Week 1 – 48 hours

Monday: 7:00pm – 7:00am (12 hrs)

Tuesday: 7:00pm – 7:00am (12 hrs)

Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)

Sunday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)

Week 2 – 36 hours

Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)





Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)

Week 3 – 48 hours

Monday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)

Tuesday: 7:00am – 7:00pm (12 hrs)

Saturday: 7:00pm – 7:00am (12 hrs)

Sunday: 7:00pm – 7:00am (12 hrs)

Week 4 – 36 hours
