Process payments and assist with basic accounts receivable administration

Maintain accurate customer, equipment and transaction records

Complete data entry, document handling and general administrative duties

Communicate changes and urgent requirements clearly to the relevant team members

Assist the wider team with day-to-day operational requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least one to two years’ experience in customer service and administration

A1 computer skills and the confidence to learn and move between multiple business systems

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience using MYOB or a similar accounting system

Fast and accurate data-entry skills with strong attention to detail

Confidence communicating professionally with customers by phone and email

Strong organisational and time-management skills

The ability to manage several tasks and changing priorities

A professional, patient and caring manner

A proactive attitude and willingness to help across the business

The ability to work effectively as part of a close and collaborative team

Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation equipment, disability services, aged care or equipment hire would be highly regarded, but product training will be provided.

Why Join Us?

Work in a role that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives

Join an established, family-owned Victorian healthcare business

Receive training across our products, systems and processes

Enjoy a diverse role with genuine responsibility

Work with a friendly and supportive team

Access opportunities to develop your skills as the business continues to grow

On-site parking at our Moorabbin location

If you are organised, confident with customers and enjoy being part of a busy team, we would like to hear from you.
