Bee Dee Bags is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to support the company's growth and expansion plans. Best of all, you won't be starting from scratch — this role comes with an established territory ready to hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing

n

Stepping into an established territory with existing customers already on the books — as well as growing your customer base

n

Growing and nurturing those existing accounts, while developing and implementing sales strategies to bring on new clients

n

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both current and potential customers

n

Researching target markets and industries to identify new business prospects

n

Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new business

n

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery

n

Analysing sales data and providing regular reports on performance

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the Sales industry

n





Experience in the bags/packaging industry is preferred but not essential

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

n

Robust negotiation and contract management skills

n

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve ambitious sales targets

n

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools

n

Australian work rights are essential for this position
