About the role You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented site across offices and shared facilities.

Key duties

- General cleaning duties includingvacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Cleaning and sanitisingbathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas




- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Replenishing consumables (soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
- Maintaining cleanliness offloors, glass, furniture, and surfaces
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as instructed
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management
- Following workplacehealth and safetyprocedures at all times
- Completing tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Locking and securing the premises where required
- Delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working independently and/or as part of a team to meet site requirements

Skills & experience (required)

- NV1 Clearance (desired)
- Minimum 1 yearcleaning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet performance expectations, includingKPI achievement
