The role

Our Customer focused team at Gatton Plaza Discount Drug Store are seeking a friendly, motivated and highly organised individual to join us.

Being part of our team means "versatility". Therefore the successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring superior customer service is delivered to our local community at all times.

Your key responsibilities

n

- Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.
n
- Accurately take in customers prescriptions and provide advise on over the counter medicines.
n
- Actively drive sales through product recommendation.
n
- Assist with stock management, including unpacking, merchandising and shelf replenishment.
n
- Operate POS system and process transactions.
n




- Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store.
n
- Address customers concerns with professionalism and care.
n

What we are looking for

- A proactive team player with a passion for customer care.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to multi task, work efficiently and manage time well.

- An honest and reliable person, with a dedicated work ethic.

- Experience in vitamins or skincare highly regarded, but not essential.
