We are looking for anOccupational Therapist with to lead our Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

- Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

- Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
- Leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
- Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
- Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
