About the position
n
Our client is looking for a Full-Time Dentist to join our client's team and take on a strong mix of advanced restorative and comprehensive dentistry.
n
The role would suit a Dentist who enjoys larger treatment plans and wants the patient flow, clinical support and infrastructure to build a high-performing book.
n
Your clinical scope will include:
n

- Crown and bridge dentistry
n
- Full mouth rehabilitation
n
- Complex restorative dentistry
n
- Smile rehabilitation and cosmetic cases
n
- Veneers and aesthetic dentistry
n
- Implant-related restorative treatment
n
- Root canal therapy where appropriate
n
- Extractions and general restorative dentistry
n
- Preventive and comprehensive patient care
n
n
There is genuine scope for the right Dentist to build towards $1M-$2M in annual personal production,
supported by strong patient demand and ongoing marketing investment.

Key Requirements
n

- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Strong crown and bridge experience
n
- Confidence with comprehensive treatment planning
n
- Experience in private practice
n
- Strong communication and patient management skills
n
- High clinical standards
n
- Interest in complex restorative and full mouth cases
