Job Description

In this versatile, hands‐on role, you will assist with tool setting, machine operations, and warehousing tasks. While prior plastic injection moulding experience is preferred, we are willing to train and upskill the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and enthusiasm to learn.

Key responsibilities

n

Machine Operations & Tool Setting: Assist with mould setups, tool changes, process monitoring, and running high-volume production jobs (training provided as needed)

n

Storeperson & Packing Duties: Inspect finished parts, manually assemble components, and pack orders securely for shipping

n

Despatch & Receiving: Handle incoming materials and prepare outgoing freight, maintaining organised workshop storage

n

Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, moulds, finished products, and palletised stock across the facility

n

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working workplace adhering to WHS standards

About you

n

Experience:



Previous experience in plastic injection moulding or machine operation is highly preferred, but not essential—a strong willingness to learn is required

n

Warehousing Skills: Basic storeperson experience, including manual packing, order preparation, or despatch support

n

Licences: Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is required

n

Work Ethic: Physically fit for manual handling, punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to learn in a supportive team environment
