About the Role:
Sungrass Property Group is a specialist in building management in Queensland & Victoria.
We are looking for a recent candidate to join our team who would be required to work in both Milton & South Brisbane buildings and potentially in a few other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Irrigation System R&M;
- Experienced painter
- Property handy person/maintenance
- Troubleshooting appliance breakdowns
- Liaising with the Building Manager
We have a comprehensive list of tasks/procedures for you to follow, on a day-to-day basis, which you will be provided once you are contacted for interviews.
Role will require:
- General Maintenance and quick repairs.
- Painting
- Bins towing
