We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who is confident working independently.

The Role

n

n
- Provide paediatric speech pathology services to NDIS participants and privately paying clients.
n
- Independently manage your own caseload.
n
- Complete assessments, therapy planning, progress reports, and NDIS documentation.
n
- Clinical areas may include speech, language, AAC, social communication, feeding, and literacy (based on your strengths).
n
- Liaise with families, schools,



support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
n
- Collaborate closely with OT and Physiotherapy colleagues while maintaining professional independence.
n

About You

n

n
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
n
- SPA membership (or eligibility).
n
- Minimum 1 year of paediatric speech pathology experience required; however, this may be flexible for candidates with strong relevant skills.
n
- Robust clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills.
n
- Values family-centred, evidence-based practice.
n
- WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Australian work authorisation is required for this role.
n
