Key responsibilities

- General cleaning, Ready for Sale cleans and site clean-ups

- Organising and delivering tools and materials
n
- Pressure washing
n
- Siliconing and caulking
n
- Basic property maintenance
n
- Assisting tradespeople as required
n

About you

- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
- Confident completing hands‐on tasks
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Can work independently and as part of a team
n
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has reliable transport
