If you’re an Illawarra tradie who’s sick of travelling to Sydney, spending hours in traffic or working for companies sending crews all over NSW, this could be a great fit.

We offer full-time, stable local employment, with the majority of our work throughout the Illawarra. You’ll work alongside our own full-time team across quality solar, battery, EV and electrical projects – not just basic solar installs day after day.

About the role

You’ll work across:

- Residential solar installations
- Battery storage & hybrid inverter systems
- Solar upgrades and expansions




- Switchboard upgrades & electrical work
- Inverter and battery commissioning
- Blackout & whole‑home backup systems
- Fault finding and servicing
- EV chargers & energy management
- General electrical and air conditioning‑related electrical work

We install quality systems including Sigenergy, FoxESS, GoodWe, Aiko and Jinko, with a strong and growing focus on batteries, backup systems and smart energy technology.

What we’re looking for

For qualified applicants:

- NSW Electrical Licence
- Solar installation experience
- Battery experience highly regarded
- SAA accreditation highly regarded
- Good fault‑finding ability
- Pride in producing neat, quality work
- Good communication with customers and the team
- Current Australian Driver Licence

OR – if you're a strong 4th-year apprentice, we’re happy to hear from you. Solar experience is preferred, and there’s an opportunity to continue developing across solar, batteries and electrical as you finish your trade.
