Job Description

New Age Support Services is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide personalised 1:1 community and in-home support for participants with complex needs in Ballarat. The role focuses on mental health, AOD-related needs and behaviours of concern.

You will apply positive behaviour support, help with independence and daily living, and maintain clear progress notes and risk assessments. A calm, respectful and qualified approach is essential.
