About the Role
n
As a Strata Assistant/Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a strata portfolio while delivering outstanding service to clients, committees, contractors and internal stakeholders.
n
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and eager to grow their knowledge and career within the property and strata sector.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide day-to-day support to Strata Managers across a portfolio of properties
n
- Support reception and provide relieve
n
- Coordinate agendas,
minutes and follow-up actions
n
- Manage client communications and respond to general enquiries
n
- Assist with compliance documentation, maintenance and contractor coordination
n
- Prepare correspondence, notices and documentation for committees and owners
n
- Track workflows, deadlines and action items across the portfolio
n
- Support the delivery of exceptional client service and retention outcomes
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiencies
n
n
About You
n
You are professional, organised and customer-focused, with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
You will bring:

- Strong administration and organisational skills
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
n
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
n
- Previous experience in administration, property, customer service or strata (preferred but not essential)
n
- A proactive and adaptable approach
n
- A genuine interest in building a career in strata management
