Glascott is looking for motivated and reliable Team Members to join our WSUD team, maintaining and enhancing Water Sensitive Urban Design assets across the Gold Coast region.

n

About the Role

n

Working as part of a small, supportive crew and reporting to the WSUD Team Leader, you'll be involved in a variety of hands‐on maintenance activities that help protect natural water systems within urban environments.

n

This is an active outdoor role where you'll work across different sites and environments, with plenty of variety in your day‐to‐day work.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out routine maintenance of WSUD assets and surrounding areas
n
- Vegetation management, weed removal and general landscaping duties
n
- Brush cutting and chemical spraying
n
- Assist with site inspections and identifying maintenance issues
n
- Use a range of hand tools and outdoor maintenance equipment
n
- Maintain sites to a high standard and ensure work is completed safely
n
- Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently
n
- Follow all workplace health,



safety and environmental requirements

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role is desirable
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
n
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- Driver's licence (essential)
n
- White Card (essential)
n
- Chemical ticket and/or experience with chemical spraying (desirable)
n
