TSA Group Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Claims Consultant to represent Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund and deliver end-to-end claims support for members.

You will build authentic relationships, manage inbound calls, document interactions, and ensure expectations are met while adapting to a rotating roster.

Training is provided (4 weeks) at our Bourke Street Office, and you will be based in the Melbourne area to support local members.
