We are recruiting severalday & afternoon shift Gluing Machine Operators for a leading Australian packaging manufacturer based in Yatala.

Yatala is a fantastic location to work in as it is only a 25 to 30 minute straight freeway drive from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast!

These are specialist roles within a fast-paced carton converting operation, where quality, safety and precision are non-negotiable.

n

You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Set up and complete make-ready on folder gluer machinery
n
- Run complex carton jobs to specification
n




- Complete product changeovers and machine adjustments
n
- Troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime
n
- Inspect product quality throughout each run
n
- Achieve production and waste targets
n
- Maintain safe work practices and follow site procedures at all times
n
- Work effectively as part of the shift team
n

What You Bring

n

Required:

n

n
- Proven folder gluer or gluing machine operating experience
n
- Setup and changeover experience on gluing equipment
n
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
n
- Good mechanical aptitude
n
- A firm commitment to quality and workplace safety
n
- Background in packaging, carton converting, print, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments
n
