The Role
n
Are you an experienced Administrator or Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly?
n
We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our Defence team and support the successful delivery of Airmaster's Defence contract.
n
In this role, you'll play an important part in coordinating day-to-day service activities, supporting our Service Technicians and field teams, managing customer communications, and ensuring jobs are accurately administered from initial request through to completion.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Monitor and manage service requests through Airmaster's systems.
n
- Coordinate Service Technicians, field staff and subcontractors to support timely delivery of works.
n
- Manage the Defence inbox and incoming phone enquiries.
n
- Process job close-outs, service documentation, invoicing and data entry.
n
- Identify and escalat**e** defects or issues arising from service works.
n
- Coordinate subcontractor attendance and ensure service reports and documentation are completed.
n
- Liaise with customers, technicians and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works in progress.
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure Defence contract administration requirements are met.
n
n
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working within administration or service/scheduling, and possess the following skills:
n
n
- Experience in Service Industry and tasked with dispatching field staff (ideal)
n
- Experience working with Defence services (ideal)
n
- Intermediate computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting functions
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with pleasant phone manner
n
- Outstanding eye for detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
n
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers
n
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
n
- Intermediate computer skills and typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- Maintain a professional image and possess positive interpersonal skills
